A much-loved Haworth pub is coming back to life.
Reopening on Thursday, 30th April 2026.
The Royal Oak returns as a community pub run by volunteers from the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. Bringing new life to a historic village favourite.
For generations, The Royal Oak has been a welcoming stop for local people, visitors exploring Brontë Country, and railway enthusiasts from across the world. Once owned by Websters Brewery of Halifax, the pub weathered changing times—and even a devastating flood—before its sudden closure in 2024.
Now, it begins a new chapter.
